Description
Tetracore’s mouse monoclonal anti-Y. pestis, Isotype: IgG1 (Clone ID 6F11), is highly specific to the bacterial organism, Yersinia pestis, the causative agent of Plague, and detects the F1 protein of the organism. The antibody has been used in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assays (ELISAs), Lateral Flow Assays (LFA), Magnetic Bead-based Immunoassays, and Western Blot (WB). It pairs with other anti-Y. pestis antibodies for detection and identification of Y. pestis. The antibody is affinity purified by protein A and is stored in sterile PBS with 0.1% sodium azide as a preservative. It is available in the following quantities: 100 µg, 1 mg, or in custom quantities.
