Tetracore’s mouse monoclonal anti-Vaccinia, isotype IgG2a (Clone ID 26-8G10), is highly specific to Orthopox. The antibody has been used in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assays (ELISAs), Lateral Flow Assays (LFA), Magnetic Bead-based Immunoassays, and Western Blot (WB). It pairs with other anti-Orthopox antibodies for detection and identification of Orthopox. The antibody is affinity purified by protein A and is stored in sterile PBS with 0.1% sodium azide as a preservative. It is available in the following quantities: 100 µg, 1 mg, or in custom quantities.
