Tetracore’s mouse monoclonal Anti-F. tularensis Isotype IgG1 (Clone ID 9A-1C10 ), is highly specific to the bacterial organism, Francisella tularensis, the causative agent of Tularemia, and detects the lipopolysaccharide (LPS) of the organism. The antibody has been used in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assays (ELISAs), Lateral Flow Assays (LFA), Magnetic Bead-based Immunoassays, and Western Blot (WB). It pairs with other anti-F. tularensis antibodies for detection and identification of F. tularensis. The antibody is affinity purified by protein A and is stored in sterile PBS with 0.1% sodium azide as a preservative. It is available in the following quantities: 100 µg, 1 mg, or in custom quantities.
