Description
FlexImmArray™ 15-Plex-SP microsphere array includes nucleocapsid protein and four different spike proteins from SARS-CoV-2 . It also includes S1 proteins from 6 other human corona viruses namely, SARS-CoV1, MERS, HCoV 229E, NL63, OC43, and HKU1. Internal Controls: The multiplex panel of this test includes four internal controls in every well to assure the assay’s high performance. External Controls: The test kit includes high positive control, low positive control and negative control for each of the 15 antigen targets used in this panel. The high positive control may be used for quantitation of antibodies in a sample. Each test kit includes reagents and plates for testing 90 samples. The time to first result is about 90 minutes. The high specificity and rapid turnaround time of this test enable laboratory testing of a high number of samples in a short period. This test is available for MAGPIX®, Luminex® 200, FLEXMAP 3D®, and Bio-Plex® 200 platforms.
